Robert Capa, a hungarian war photographer and journalist who captures those moments during the war. He has covered five wars, the Spanish Civil War, the Second Sino-Japanese War, World War II across Europe, the1948 Arab-Israeli War, and the First Indochina War. He documented the course of World War II in London, North Africa, Italy, the Battle of Normandyon Omaha Beach and the liberation of Paris.
His famous work was the series called The Falling Soldier. It was understood to have been taken on September 5, 1936, and was long thought to depict the death of a Republican, specifically anIberian Federation of Libertarian Youth (FIJL) soldier during the Spanish Civil War. While some authors, including Capa's biographer, Richard Whelan, always defended the photograph's authenticity, since 1975, doubts have been raised. The 2007 documentary La sombra del iceberg claims that the picture was staged and that Borrell is not the individual in the picture.
I really like how he capture those sad dying moment of those soldiers. Even though some photographers still speculate that his photography work was staged, but i really do love it. I felt like i am in the photo. As if i am connected with it. Moreover, I am into this kind of photography, some sort like a documentary kind of a photography.
